Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ProfitUp ("ProfitUp", "we", "us") is a profit-analytics service available at profitup.io and, where offered, as a Shopify app. ProfitUp is operated by Summitcore LLC, the company that provides the service. By creating an account, installing the app or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

ProfitUp combines store data (for example Shopify orders, refunds, product costs and payouts), advertising data (for example Meta ad spend and results) and costs you enter to calculate revenue, costs and net profit. Optional tools let you view and manage Meta ad campaigns, budgets and spending limits from inside ProfitUp.

Figures are estimates based on the data available to us. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for checking important numbers before relying on them.

3. Accounts

• You must give accurate sign-up information and keep your password secure.
• You must be authorised to connect any store or ad account you link to ProfitUp.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect Shopify, Meta or another platform you authorise ProfitUp to access that platform on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. Actions you take in ProfitUp's Ads Manager (for example pausing a campaign or changing a budget) are sent to Meta and can affect your ad spend; you are responsible for them.

5. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no reverse engineering, no reselling access, and no uploading of data you have no right to process.

6. Fees

Plans and prices will be shown before you are charged. Where ProfitUp is installed from the Shopify App Store, charges are billed through Shopify. Pricing is not final yet; no charge is made without your clear consent.

7. Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data & API Use policy. You can delete your account at any time; uninstalling the Shopify app removes that shop's connection and synced data as described there.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ProfitUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions made based on the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using ProfitUp at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or put the service or others at risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION].
